Unlocking life-saving
treatments potential
Methinks vision is to provide universal and timely medical assistance to enable life-saving treatments worldwide. Our first focus is on stroke, the second most common cause of death and a major cause of disability globally.
Our AI software, Methinks Stroke Suite, is capable of assisting in stroke triage and providing decision support for life-saving treatment using non-contrast CT, with the potential to optimize stroke triage and reduce time to treatment.

Methinks Stroke Suite is the first CE marked medical device that assists in finding large vessel occlusions (LVO) both hyperdense and not from NCCT and CTA. The software also has the ability to detect Intracerebral hemorrhages (ICH) on NCCT images.

Methinks
Faster identification of suspicious Stroke
Current stroke treatment assessment leverages in advanced medical imaging. However, it is not always available in every hospital 24/7 and time-to-treatment is often delayed.
Methinks will support radiologists, neurologists and interventionalists in assessing stroke findings from a simple neurological exam and a non-contrast CT scan, and will enable more hospitals to quickly coordinate with the nearest stroke unit.
Methinks is a seamless solution capable of
Detecting Large Vessels Occlusions
Large Vessel Occlusions can not be easily diagnosed from a non-contrast CT and require contrast medical imaging or MRI prior to perform an Endovascular Treatment. Identifying earlier an LVO can reduce patient's transfer time.
Detecting Hemorrhages
Some hemorrhages are easy to see but other might escape to human inspection. Not missing an hemorrhage is pivotal to asses if a patient can receive a trombolysis treatment or not.
Providing a cloud based communication system
Coordination among hospitals, Stroke Units and Healthcare Professionals can be extremely complex. Clinical decisions could be made much faster and resources could be used more efficiently.
Managing the cost of healthcare
Healthcare systems suffer from severe costs but yet need to provide the best services possible. An accessible triage tool at an affordable price can be decisive to improve healthcare treatments.
Methinks is actively collaborating with leading clinicians and industry experts globally. We want to share efforts with you too!

Investigator initiated studies are considered with a 10% funds for indirect cost.

"As a clinician with the dual perspective of a vascular neurologist and neurointerventionalist I am increasingly convinced that the simplest and fastest imaging modalities used to select acute stroke patients for thrombectomy are the ones most clinically beneficial. Methinks, the first company whose vision is to  develop this concept into a clinically established  paradigm is backed by unique technology and an outstanding team and has the potential to disrupt acute stroke systems of care."

Tudor Jovin
Chairman and Chief of Neurology at Cooper University Healthcare, New Jersey

"Methinks AI permite o diagnostico o mais precoce possivel para a indicação de trombectomia em AVC. Eficiência essencial quando cada segundo que passa faz a diferença na vida de nossos pacientes."

Demetrius Lopes
Director Stroke Network Advocate Aurora Health, US

"Methinks is already working for research purposes at Hospital Vall d'Hebron. The results we are seeing are outstanding and make us optimistic about the future of this technology."
